Registration Information
When you arrive at Frankfort Regional Medical Center we want your check-in to be as smooth as possible. That's why whether you are coming to Frankfort Regional as an outpatient or an inpatient we ask that you proceed directly to our registration area. The registration area is located in the main lobby at the front of the hospital. It is open for registration from 6:00 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
If you are scheduled for an outpatient procedure, please register at our main registration area. Surgery patients register directly at the Surgery Center.
You can also preregister online for your scheduled procedure or mammogram.

Where Do I Check In?
So you've gotten instructions from your doctor's office about what to do before you visit Frankfort Regional Medical Center. They've even told you what time to be here. But when it's time to actually come to Frankfort Regional, where do you go?
After Hours: All after-hours admissions take place through the Emergency Department at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Central Scheduling
The Central Scheduling staff will work with you and your physician to arrange your appointment for diagnostic procedures at a time convenient for your schedule. The call center is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The phone number is (502) 226-1665.
Emergency Department
The Emergency Department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. In addition to taking care of emergency patients, this department registers all after-hours admissions and patients who need outpatient testing. To make inquiries, please call (502) 226-7654.
